12–1:30 PM live audio webcast. Learn how to develop and navigate an efficient strategy when conducting a family law mediation involving numerous participants—including professionals who commonly attend mediation. Additionally, party management, identification of who is/is not permitted to attend mediation (and under what circumstances), paraprofessionals, translators, victim advocates, therapist co-mediators, and the advantages/disadvantages of each participant.
