Join your South Florida friends and colleagues on Nov. 9 from 4-6 PM for NSU Law’s Inaugural Mediator and Lawyer Forum, a free event that’s open to all. The forum focuses on the ethical obligations and professional standards of lawyers and mediators. The work of the forum will be used to update the Florida Mediation Best Practices Handbook. Participants will receive the updated edition of the Handbook with an expected release in the Fall of 2023. Course number and Ethics CLE credit pending approval. This forum is offered at no cost to the participants and refreshments will be served.
