The ADR Section’s Third Arbitration Institute is a one-day workshop for attorney-arbitrators designed to answer the question, “How Can I Improve My Arbitration Skills?”. The Arbitration Advocacy Institute brings together established arbitrators and practitioners to impart knowledge, best practices, and other tips to assist attorney-arbitrators with understanding the mechanics of arbitration in Florida and how to sharpen their skills to become more effective and efficient arbitrators.
