Join fellow ADR Section members for a lively book club discussion of High Conflict: Why We Get Trapped and How We Get Out by Amanda Ripley. The book looks at how ordinary disagreements harden into destructive, us-versus-them conflict and what it takes to break out of that cycle, which makes it a natural fit for mediators, arbitrators, and the attorneys who work with them.
