February Arbitration Forum – FREE and Open to All (Arbitrator Ethical Challenges, Part 2)

The Florida Bar ADR Section Arbitration Committee welcomes you to our monthly forums on the second Tuesday of each month from 8:00–9:00 a.m. They are FREE and open to all. The February 10th session will cover Arbitrator Ethics: Arbitrator Ethical Challenges, Part 2. The forum will discuss best practices for hybrid Med-Arb proceedings, protocols on how to handle requests for ESI and requests for AI Chats, draft scheduling orders, and draft awards.

The ADR Section’s Arbitration Committee introduced the forums to create a community of better arbitration neutrals in our state.
