Join us Friday, September 26 at 12 noon on Zoom for a follow up to the Voice of the Client discussions. This program explores how implicit bias shows up in mediation, how it impacts neutrality, and how we can recognize and reduce it. Together we will look at research, self reflection, real world examples, and ethical guidance to better manage our own bias as attorneys and mediators in order to produce good outcomes for our clients.
